Lakeside Serenity & Urban Comfort

We had a wedding at Bay Pointe. This was a perfect place for my siblings, their spouses, and my parents to hang out for the weekend. Couldn’t be more perfect.

Great place. Beautiful views and friendly neighbors. Just enough space for everyone at night and more than enough to spread out and to do around the cabin inside and out.

Excelente lugar! Muy limpio, cómodo y buena zona, me gusto que el parqueo y la entrada estan vigilados por cámaras, te da más seguridad, además el anfitrión fue muy comprensible con el horario, sin duda volveria a este alojamiento y lo recomiendo!.

Edgar’s property was the perfect retreat for staying in Barry County with multiple family members. We felt comfortable and relaxed. The Airbnb had all of the amenities that we needed. Edgar was a very reliable host.

This place was perfect for our family to stay in for our wedding weekend!! The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to have guests come in and out for a small get together. Edgar was very responsive and accommodating to our pet and early check in/late check out. When we had spoke over the phone, he was so kind and helpful. The place is only about 15 minutes away from Bay Pointe Woods/Inn. We will be staying here in the future with upcoming anniversaries and planned trips when in the area again!!

We had a great stay! It’s walking distance to restaurants and markets. If you bring dogs, it’s very close to neighborhoods to walk them around. We are very pleased with our stay and the area!

This cottage is so pretty ! The views from the deck are so beautiful. So many things to do, such as kayaking, pattle boat and of course fishing off the pier. we were going to rent the pantoon boat, which is right in front of the cottage. so convenient! But, a thunderstorm rolled in on the day we were going to rent the boat. since, I love thunderstorms with all it's sounds. I slept in, instead. The sounds of rolling thunders, and lightning, just beautiful. At night, the family gathered around the fire pit. The day before we left, we did our family photos right by the cottage and lake as our backdrop. The kids had a blast! swimming any chance they had! this lake is so shallow you can just relax and have fun! we loved it and we will be back soon! my only regret, is leaving!

The rooms were lovely! The setup was just amazing! It was clean and beautiful. It was a great place to call home base as my partner and I visited Grand Rapids to see my daughter and her boyfriend. It was very close to so many great places to eat and do as a tourist—plus an easy distance to groceries. Edgar was very prompt in his responses when I contacted him and I’m very thankful that his instructions were clear! Overall it was an excellent experience. I’m so thankful 🥳

Edgar's place was beautiful. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend. the views of the lake were a sight to see during sunrise and sunset I would definitely stay here again. Edgar communicated well throughout the process and was a great host

Perfect lake stay. I’m a hairdresser and had to do a wedding party that was having their wedding across the lake. Decided to bring my kids for a little fun before hand so we rented this place. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Only word of caution, make sure you have your directions written down. The area has spotty WiFi and we had a hard time finding the place in the dark. Also, order the pizza from lakeside-it was awesome! Would stay again!
